  6.     CYUV2PPM.EXE    My port of the PVRG YUV file combiner
  7.     MAKEMPEG.TXT    Details of how I did the port
  8.     USEMPEG.TXT     Details on using PVRGMPEG
  9.     SHORT.MPG       A XING compatible version of short.mpg supplied
  10.             by PVRG with the source code.
  11.     SHORT*.GIF      The 10 frames in GIF format to make SHORT.MPG

  13. I hope I have not offended anybody by putting this archive together. I offer 
  14. no warranty of any description with respect to my porting.

  16. All of the EXE files were compiled by me from Publicly available source code
  17. from the FTP sites listed in MAKEMPEG.TXT.
  18.  
  19. I would like to thank the PVRG group for writing such an excellent encoder
  20. and for their help in getting at the Alpha release of v1.2 so quickly (I can't 
  21. name this person as the PVRG copyright notice forbids it). Also I would like
  22. to thank Jelle van Zeijl for sending me the XING patch originally written by 
  23. Mats Loftvist which has subsequently been included the Alpha release of v1.2.
